This is MacUser Ultimate CD #2: "Sound & Vision", described as "the second in our series of MacUser cover CDs," although MacUser UK had been distributing cover CDs and floppy discs for many years prior to 2001's "Ultimate CD" series.

It's a bit of an educated guess that this coverdisc was distributed with this specific issue of MacUser UK, because the CD contents are described as just "Spring 2001", unlike CD #1 which identified its exact corresponding magazine issue.

This CD includes freeware and commercial demos on the theme of multimedia production, along with an html guide to its contents.
