This is MacUser Ultimate CD #4: "Creative Essentials", described as "the fourth in our series of MacUser cover CDs," although MacUser UK had been distributing cover CDs and floppy discs for many years prior to 2001's "Ultimate CD" series.

This disc contains demos of graphic design software, free fonts, some MP3s and short stories, along with an html guide to its contents.

Caveat: the disc contents are dated "September 2001", but since MacUser UK was published biweekly, it's possible that this coverdisc was actually distributed with the September 21 issue.
