This is MacUser Ultimate CD #3: "Web Essentials", described as "the third in our series of MacUser cover CDs," although MacUser UK had been distributing cover CDs and floppy discs for many years prior to 2001's "Ultimate CD" series. This was the first MacUser UK coverdisc to include Mac OS X software.

This disc contains a collection of web development software, plus some tutorials and excerpts from software development books, along with an html guide to its contents.

Caveat: the disc contents are dated "June 2001", but since MacUser UK was published biweekly, it's possible that this coverdisc was actually distributed with the June 29 issue.
